Subject: City of Flint, Water Main Improvement Projects

 

The City of Flint is proposing to commence with the oconstruction of several new water main projects In the
2002, replacing water lines that are over 75 years old and to provide potable drinking water for service to
existing and new developments/ land use and for fire protection. The projects in order of priority are:

Hamillton Avenue between Saginaw St. and James P. Cole Bivd
Ballenger. Hwy between Augusta and the City Limits

Pierson Rd between Fleming Rd and Horton

Fifth Avenue between Prospect St and Chippewa

M.L. King Avenue between Pasadena and Flint Park Bivd
Fenton Rd between Hemphill Rd and Atherton Rd

East Couirt Street between Dort Hwy and Averlll Ave.’

Flushing Rd between Prospect and Ballenger Hwy

Third Ave between Chevrolet Ave and Seginaw Street.
